As the main sponsor of the Rugby World Cup 2023, Meta wanted to create an experience that let fans celebrate the event and support their favourite team at the rugby fan village
we created a full-service interactive booth that let people have fun with their friends and families, with the option to record a video and create an instagram reel on-site _ all while being guided and assisted by Meta brand ambassadors
The project combined research, service design, spatial design, and multi-touchpoint interface design across mobile registration > booth screen > editing station _ and a remote control tablet for the Meta staff
Through rapid prototyping and testing, the experience was refined to ensure smooth guest flow, intuitive content creation, and engaging brand storytelling. After implementation, The interactive booth was open for all 25 days of the world cup, with the experience getting praised by the guests and the Meta team on-site.
